Vacation Bible School - 2008

A Treetop Bible Blast!

This year 74 children attended Vacation Bible School.  Our staff offered their diverse gifts to insure our kids had a fantastic week. We listened to great stories from the Bible, made cool crafts, sang fun songs, played zany games, and made many new friends!  A big thank you goes out to each member of our dedicated staff. Thanks to all of you who supported this year’s program with supplies and prayers.

We also would like to thank all the children and their families for their generous support of our mission project this week in VBS.  Our mission project was Living Waters for the World.  Mission teams are sent around the world to provide clean-water systems for use in existing water sources and produce clean drinkable water.  We raised $538.16 which will help buy clean-water systems for many poor communities in Peru.  We have been impressed and touched by the generosity of our kids this week.  Thank you for helping our kids understand that even little people can make a big difference.
